Olynthus Management WV LLC

Formed in 2018, Olynthus Management currently owns a number of residential rental properties in Central Appalachia.  The owners buy and hold real estate as family investments.  We have entrusted the day to day management of our properties to local professional property managers.  Our goal is to a establish a good long term working relationship with all stakeholders.  Existing tenants should contact their respective property manager with all questions related to property management and maintenance concerns.  Prospective tenants may also reach out to the property managers with the contact information listed below.
